When you first joined you will have filled out the online membership form on our Joining Page. This sets up an automated annual subscription using the debit or credit card you provided via the Stripe Payments system.

If you have replaced your card the annual automatic payment will have failed and you will get an email from Stripe Payments notifying you of ‘payment unsuccessful’.

In this case the easiest thing to do is to simply rejoin using the form on the Joining Page. This will set up a new annual subscription which will continue until you advise otherwise. A receipt will then be emailed to you by Stripe. N.B. You do get a reminder email each year ahead of any payments giving you time to contact us if needs be, should you want to cancel or update your card detalis.
